I'm looking for new ram for my Asus G73SW. It currently has 6 gigs of 1333 ddr3. Do you know how much memory this computer will take and does it have support for ddr3-1600? Thanks

Josea, Do you know which make was used. I have a G73SW with 8 gigs and tried upgrading to 16 with GSKILL. The timing was the same as the 8gb from the factory but anything after 12gb it would not boot. ASUS has been no help at all with this. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tom

I just upgraded to 16gb..Had to install them one slot at a time to get it to recognize the ram. Install>boot into bios, shut down install next stick etc,
