I just found out another latency problem with my g73. Everytime i hold down fn and hit f8 twice, i got a 14k spike. Please try with your g73s to see if you can reproduce this.

I wonder wether ATK or ATI causes these spikes.

    I'm on v93, 10.8, ATK 10.6, 2.11

If you're not going to be constructive, just don't post, simple. I'm just sharing my new finding, that's it.

it´s normal.. if you are switching the mode of the video output... what do you expect?

how much damage has made the DPC latency checker...

enjoy your computer and don´t be aware of those things! :p

Considering FN+F8 does something like switching between screens id say its normal to get some delay when performing such a function.

You see that, my question was no worthless.... if you press one and the spikes remains appearing, you hardware/config are in problem. As the rest stated above, every time to press fn+f8 you are removing hardware. Now I'm writing in a mac, and every time I remove a pendrive the system freezes. It's normal.

So next time give us more information before run in circles. ;)
