This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hello notebook-ers,

    I've recently purchased a 17" G75VX-BHI7N11 Asus - 17.3" Laptop - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black - G75VX-BHI7N11 , on the 3rd of June from Best Buy. Still unopened, in the box and they have a 15 day return policy.

    Seeing that the G750 has only just been announced, is it advisable to just return the VX and go for the G750 series for a couple of hundred dollars more? Do be kind, I'm fairly new to understanding the new graphics card etc.
