This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Still vary happy with my G73JH-A2.
    Has it since early June and it runs almost flawlessly.
    I carry it to work to game on my lunch hour every day.
    I still hear birds singing and wood fairies dancing everytime I turn it on :D

    any good ideas on downclocking the i7? Cause mine is at 2.6Ghz as I am typing this

    No need... TurboBoost is automagic, take your power profile off High Performance, and it will idle down more

    And probaly it isn´t at 2,6 the four cores, only 1 or 2

    I've loved it.. Plays BC2 so crisply.. worth every penny i spent.. i only want better touchpad drivers... i'm usng HP ones currently and speaking about that , gary seems to have decided to drop off the map.. nothing from him.
