    After overclocking using SetFSB and using the Set FSB option to set the PLL, will the computer stay overclocked correctly if I exit the program and continue use?

    Yes. The only time it resets is if you restart the system.

    You can set it to run the clocks you choose at startup but its best to set them each time you enter windows because this is a safety feature in case you overclock too high.
