I'm thinking about replacing my default Atheros-AR9002WB-1NG card with another done due to lagging/spiking issues. I like the intel 6230N because I wish to retain bluetooth functionality. Otherwise I would go for 6300. Looking around it seems like some people say it works great while other seems to be having a lot of issues with the 6230N. Any opinions/thoughts?

    Thanks!

Your blue tooth should be on a separate card, I know on the G73JH it is...

So get the WiFi card you really want :)

Hey i switched mine already with Intel 6230, not only its faster it also has more coverage.
I would definitely go with the Intel 6230 to avoid some serious taking apart of your machine.

I wanted to add Bluetooth later, and it's not that terrible getting it torn down to add the module. Just have to pull the keyboard tray on the JH. The op already has Bluetooth, and thought he had to get a wifi card with bluetooth built-in to retain the Bluetooth.
