    Would it give some extra performance to this machine? Any programs for increasing FSB on ram?

    Out of all the things you can overclock (CPU, GPU), increasing RAM speed will not give you any noticeable difference in almost all cases. :)

    See these benchmark results for different RAM speeds: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ram-speed-tests,1807-8.html It's pretty old, but even back then the difference between DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333 were negligible (even among different timings).
