Anyone know of a good pack, sleeve or bag that fits a 17" Asus G73JW? I found a crappy neoprene sleeve on Amazon that fits it and then I can put it into a Keene messenger style computer bag, but I'd like something with more padding.

Targus XL is a good backpack in case you're interested. I've got one and it fits my G73JH very well. Not cheap but high quality.

If you're looking for a sleeve that would fit your G73, checkout my old post in this thread.

I've got both the Targus XL and the Asus laptop backpack. The Targus is huge compared to the Asus backpack with loads of space. Definitely worth it.

If you think you the ASUS backpack is big, then the Targus XL would be huge in comparison. It's not uncommon to see people carry an 18.4'' laptop, an additional smaller laptop, and an external monitor in this beast.

If you want a backpack that fits it well, and is not massive, try getting the ASUS backpack. I find mine great when travelling to the US as it's quite slim, comfy to wear, and surprisingly understated being all black. (the ROG indented logo doesn't stand out).

If you post a WTB message in the buy/sell forum here I'm sure someone will have one lying around that they aren't using to sell. Maybe someone who has decided the massive Targus XL is more their style.

Yeah this 17~18" case logic is perfect!
