    gap is way too big; just buy some thicker pads if you're not happy with the stock ones.

    If somebody were to replace their pads with a copper shim coated with TIM on both sides, what thickness copper shim would you recommend?

    I have tried it and in Furmark, my gpu make only 74° !!
