    My DC jack has become unseated and will only charge at a certain angle and pressure.

    Gotta get it replaced but I need to know what the right jack is.

    Best bet is to look at the bricks for each machine and see if they take the same diameter plug.

    Looked at motherboards for both they are both 2.5mm and look the same layout wise.

    I bought one for the g53 series off amazon looks like it should be the same. Taking it to the shop next week.
