    Hey folks! I'm looking for nice wallpapers for my G73, and saw the Windows 7 wallpaper thread. But I wanna see what my fellow G73 owners and G series owners are using! Post your desktop and if possible, a link to your wallpaper and any mods/ect. Please follow the forums rules. I'll start:
    I use Rainmeter, not sure if I want to keep using it. Does it lower gaming performance? It doesn't seem to, but just wondering what ya'll do.

    It's a custom one I made based off the Dark Rainmeter and Dark Glass skins. The trash can and uptime are from the Enigma skin. It's a work in progress.

    Yes but I had lots of problems with those skins though they kept crashing me so I decided to start from scratch and spend all night customizing the ultimate animated desktop :)

    I will post a movie shortly once it has updated. Its pretty special ;) Blooming people with their massive screenshots! looool

    I had rainmeter installed for like 1 hour maximum and then uninstalled it because I couldn't find the kind of theme I had in mind. And I am too lazy to sit and customise my desktop. Do post a video though Dallers. Looking forwasrd to it.

    Its on Snag It so it looks slow but actually running the animations are smooth as anything I will try to upload a better version tommorow I have tons more of the wallpaper to modify and add GPU and sensors to the background. :D You can do anything if you put your mind to it. CPU intensive stuff though XM required haha!

    Created using Rainmeter, Stardock, v clouds, Eve, Space, Bluevision, + custom coding.

    Wallpaper is called observation deck. Best run in 720p full screen. Once I have slept haha I will add more to it. I get the intro when I log in LoooooL!

    uhmm just a question, where do you pet your desktop folders and icons etc. when you use rainmeter I'm noticing that you people always have a clean desktop.

    I had that for all of 2 minutes. Then I removed it. Nothing like the feeling of fully customizing a Rainmeter skin.

    Largely unchanged since I finished customizing it a few months back, but its something I'm satisfied with.
