    Hello Forum Friends Notebook review, I just bought an ASUS G51JX and when I arrived I had some problems with network drivers, so I had to format .... after that the horizontal light does not turn, do any of you know how to fix the problem?

    PS: attached a picture of the Internet to see that horizontal light (LED) I mean :mad:

    Download the drivers for your laptop from asus.com

    did you install the ATK driver? You need that for all keyboard features + lights to work.

    There are 5 downloads in the "ATK" section, download, and install them all, or use the CD that came with your laptop (Drivers & Utilities) and install from there.

    If it is a Jx there is no horizontal light. They didnt put in the ribbon to power it on like the G51J.

    Your not broken its normal

    i have a g51jx-x3 and thats not a light. its a solid piece of chrome looking plastic
