    Problem Resetting my ASUS ROG G750JS

    Hi there guys. Today when i started my G750 some error appeared and my laptop went into boot loop. it wont start windows 8. I dont know what to do how to reset to factory setting. I had created recovery image with EaseUS but its not working :(.

    What error do you get? It could just be a boot setting that needs changing back in the bios.

    no it was oxxxx9 something like this. after reboot it went into automatic repair. i tried reset but its not working.

    now the error is not appearing. as soon as i start windows it directly goes to attempting repairs and then fails.

    i messed up big time. Cannot repair my Windows 8. So i will go with del all partitions and install W7

    Messed up how? Did you find out why the image you created wasn't working?

    I recreated my all partitions and installed Windows 7. But i was getting problems with 7. First the wifi switch was not turning on/off the wifi. And gpu was heating upto 85C while browsing dont know which gpu it was intel or nvidia. Now I installed windows 8 and everything is going fine. :)

    Hopefully it was just a freak incident that corrupted your windows install then, fingers crossed it does not happen again.

    You can run memtest to verify system integrity to make sure.

    I think this happened coz of some crappy windows update.
