    Hi guys when i wake up my laptop from sleep, HWInfo and MSI afterbuner becomes inactive, stuck at a contant temp. Any solution for this?

    Have you tried closing and re-opening them? Be aware in an optimus based machine they can keep the GPU from sleeping due to constantly pinging it.

    Yes, when i close and re open them, they work fine but freeze after waking up.

    Well if your laptop uses optimus (you have not specified your specs) then the programs will loose track of the gpu. This is normal. However keeping monitoring open 24/7 raises power consumption and should not be done anyway.
