    Problem with caps lock key Asus Zephyrus

    I can't find a fix anywhere for this issue, but I found a person with the same problem and he uploaded a video of the problem. Anyone have any advice?

    Probably just a bad keyboard. See if you can request for a RMA to have it looked at by ASUS tech and see if they would replace it.

    I had 2 different gx501's -- both had caps lock and trackpad issues.

    Based on my experience, I suggest contacting the retailer and trading for a Triton 700 or other system.

    Also, from experience, stay away from Razer. Only good Razer products I ever bought were their Orochi and their Mouse Pad. Everything else had horrible defects.

    Im guessing the trackpad is also inaccurate and has messed up sensor. As so far as i know they all also have that issue as well...

    Hello. Could you solve the trackpad problem? I have the same sensitivity problem with the trackpad and I do not know if it's a problem with the drivers or something physical. Any ideas?

    Im 99% sure its physical and probably due to defective or warped trackpad sensors.

    Of you go into the bios, the jumpy mouse issue should still occur.

    Are you going to change the latptop or will you keep it with that defect? ?
    I bought it yesterday and I do not know what to do. I am very disappointed with that defect.

    As previously posted, my laptop almost blew up. I eventually exchanged the replacement unit for a triton 700
