Hi, I'm having a problem with my Asus G73SW, running Windows 7 64-bit. Ever since a recent windows update, the 'W' key on my keyboard hasn't been working properly. When I'm typing and press it, nothing happens, but if I hold it down for a few seconds, then it will work. Also, sometimes a row of 'W's will suddenly appear as I continue typing (but this doesn't always happen). I've tried using System Restore to a point before the update, but the problem persists.

Get a dos format tool and a free version if dos to install. There are lots of walk throughs with links out there.
