Hey guys,
I recently updated to Windows 10 but keep getting the below errors. I tried reinstalling Windows, drivers etc but when I restart the laptop it does it nearly every time. Also freezes intermittently. Should I downgrade back to Windows 7 or is there a fix that I haven't tried. Thanks in advance!

You can try to use the recovery disk I made. I got my hands on MDOP from technet. MDOP lets you customize deployment and recovery options. The recovery is based on MSDART which is what you normally see when the computer tries an auto repair.
I would normally download something like this but I had to make it due to the fact it was never released.... so here you go.
Download this iso
http://pc.cd/e2uctalK
Make a bootable flash drive with rufus
http://rufus.akeo.ie/
Boot to the flash drive, press any key, and select the default option.
You can try to roll the computer back using system restore, you can also try to repair the operating system.
Once I get home from work I will update with better instructions, in the mean time try different options.
Good luck -
Downgrade. This laptop as mine isn't meant to work in Win10, don't have drivers (this from win7 will install, but will provide you BSoDs, and other problems), I know because even my desktop with support of Win10 have problems with proper performance in certain programs and games, so it's still not developed os.

Disable the LAN adapter in Bios and it should work.

I dropped back to win7 and all problems have gone. Thanks heaps for the advice guys, much appreciated!

10 can NOT be upgraded from 7, it also needs to be installed like this,
I have to install to 10 year old 2006 mac book pro with 7 drivers and only 2gb of ram and it SCREAMS with an SSD for an 10 year old laptop.
I'll give it a try on my G73JH. There are tons and tons of hardware reasons the G73JH BSODS. -
My G73Jh runs absolutely smooth, but the lan port needs to be disabled in bios.

Win 10.
Had the same issue already in Win8, but also tested Lan port enabled and disabled in win10. Enabled = crashes, disabled = rock stable since Windows 10 release week 1
Problems with G73JH and blue screen error
