    Purchasing an Asus Laptop - GenTech PC Review

    Ok so I have recently gone through the process of ordering a laptop online (Asus G53SW) through Gentech PC and thought it might be worthwhile sharing my experiences with people on here who might be considering doing the same.

    I'm sure many people on here are familiar with Ken (GenTechPC) who offers extremely valuable advice to many people on this forum (including myself), but I felt that the quality of his service was worthwhile acknowledging.

    Being my first experience buying a laptop online (and from the US) I was a bit apprehensive about the process, but after seeing the standard of advice Ken was offering on the forum I felt comfortable contacting his company directly. I firstly emailed the gentech pc customer service general email to inquire about the screen options available for the laptop. Unexpectedly I received a personal response from Ken almost immediately, which not only answered my questions but also solved any doubts I had about international shipping and purchasing straight away.

    Without hesitation I then committed to purchasing a laptop through GentechPC because of the excellent response I had received and placed the order that day. Following my order I then I experienced some delays due to a banking issue on my end, all the while Ken and Gentech were extremely helpful by assisting me with any further information I required as well as keeping me up to date and responding to any queries within hours or sometimes even minutes! I have not yet received my laptop, but look forward to in the coming days and I am extremely grateful of my decision to have purchased it through them.

    Overall, what could have been a painful and lengthy process was made easy and simple by their high quality, efficient and personal service. If you are considering purchasing a laptop online, given my experience with GenTech PC I am certain that you could not find a better online retailer to purchase through. I'm actually looking forward to buying my next one through them!

    Hopefully my experiences can assist other people when making their decision of who to purchase through. :)

    Been a while since I update this, but just wanted to confirm that I received my product within days from gentech after my first post. Much quicker than expected and everything was 100% perfect! :)

    Huge thanks to Ken from GenTech PC and congratulations on the new website! Looks great and easy to use!

    Fantastic service.. very grateful for having purchased through them. :D
