I just wanted ask, the people who did get the GSOD how long was it when you saw this problem? And did the new driver update fix the problem?

I recently bought mine from bestbuy and had it for about 4 days now and I don't have any problems but I'm afraid the problem will arise later. I've played games such as; dragon age, resident evil 5, and crysis for a pretty long time. about 1-2 hrs each and I don't see anything (as of yet).

IMO, like with any new computer, you should run benchmark torture tests. Run programs such as Prime95, Memtest86 and FurMark for long periods of time. That will heat things up. It's best that you find out now rather than later.
