    Hi all!

First post here. I've been doing a lot of reading on these forums and it is exceptionally helpful. I do have one question though.

I just got BF3 and it needed newer drivers than what I had. Got those installed, took some time because I had problems, but got it all worked out. Long story short, I am getting the GSOD and figured it was the vBIOS.

So my question is, if I update the vBIOS, what do I lose? Is it simply an update, or will my machine be wiped clean, what should I be backing up, etc.

Thanks for the response, and the multiple writeups by the people helping on here!
