I have an Asus g53JW, I want to do a system restore to factory setting and my laptop did not bring a recovery disk, So my question is if i can do the system restore without the disc with the Recovery partition?

Yes, that is what the Recovery partition is for. :) On POST, hit F9 to enter the Recovery subsystem and follow the prompts.

Your a big help to this forum and for that i thank you. Will it be a clean install or will it come with the bloatware that came pre-installed?
