    Have the new drivers for 10.8 and the new vbios been released yet? Anyone know? Still living in GSOD Hell. =(

    Actually, you do... There is a new vBios beta that works for some (me included) that allows for you to install the ATI Reference drivers (including 10.8 mobility) and don't GSOD...

    As has been stated, reading is your friend...

    Nice. So it's been a month, still no drivers or bios. I have 12 days left on my return policy, wish they would come out with something sooner.

    No need to be condescending. Sure, he didn't search for his answer, big deal. Just tell him to do so in the future.

    Now onto the original question. AMD has officially released 10.8; Asus' vBIOS is still in beta. People have had mixed success with combinations of the beta vBIOS and 10.8 and I personally did not like 10.8 with my stock vBIOS.

    I would return it. Too many peeps with GSOD. This forum should post a message with the Subject "Don't buy the G73jh due to crash issues" and sticky it at the top of the forum. Might actually speed up Asus for a fix if they knew all the notebook forums had warnings about the G73jh stickied at the top. I think pride is the only reason it doesn't happen.

    Just return it... Plainly because you give the impression of someone who doesn't bother to look for things. You just expect others to spoon feed you. Usually i would willingly reply to questions but if i remember correctly, i did reply to your questions not long ago. And here you are asking questions that have already been answered in threads on the first page. So just return it if your not going to help yourself. Keep it if you decide to do some searching before asking lazy questions.
