Does anyone know where I could possibly snag a replacement ac power cord for my g74? Mind you, I don't need the brick and cable that plugs into the laptop (that runs $84), just the ac cable that goes from the brick to the wall (which should onlybe a few bucks).

That piece appears to be made by Well Shin (WSF-083 + WSF-001F). Basically, it appears to be a standard north american 3 prong plug with a c5 (?) adapter. Not really understanding much about electronics, I'm realy only aware that the cable should be of a certain gauge to support the power going through it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. For those curious, the dog started chewing on it...thankfully it was not plugged in, but he did a number on it. / ' :

Edit: I'll throw in that the C5 end appears to specify 10A/125V (in really tiny lettering). Given that, this is about all I've found: http://www.stayonline.com/detail.aspx?ID=5541

Thanks for pointing out monoprice -- I have a message into them about the specs for a few of the cable, most notably Amps.
