I bought an ASUS ROG Strix G712LV but now I want to sell it to someone else and they don't speak English so I want to change the display language as well. I was wondering if it is possible to reset the computer to as it was when I bought it so that they can select their own language? I tried the Reset function in Windows but it didn't give me the option to change the language. Does anyone know if I change the Windows Display Language will that change all the display language?

They will need to set it up first in English then install the language pack from PC Settings > Time & Language > Language > Add Language > Select the language they want then also check the box which says Language Pack

Or you can reset it, during the initial Windows 10 setup wizard, hit CTRL + Shift + F3. Do the necessary changes to add the language pack, then exit Audiot Mode (OOBE) and turn off the laptop immediately so when they first turn it on, they would get the welcome wizard in the language you set it up after you have changed the Display Language of Windows in OOBE (Audit) mode.
