and is there a way to do it on mu G73J? I don't remember ever setting one, but I can't get to the Bios upon booting. I've tried all of my obvious ones that I might have used, but no go. And of course, flashing the Bios doesn't reset it. ( which would be a big security hole...)
Any and all help appreciated, as I couldn't find what the default ones might be.

I'm just trying to upgrade my vbios, and I need to reset my boot order.

You don't have to reset your boot order, just plug in your flash drive and hit ESC on bootup and you should get a small menu asking what drive to boot from, including your flash drive.

    @ rddash

    You don't remember setting a password !
I wonder if someone had access to you laptop and is messing with you

Your best option is to send it to Asus service

BTW It's against forum rules to discuss bypassing security
