Hey, guys I am a new member. I have a proble with my Asus G73SW.

I received an important update notice for Roxio Cine Player. I updated it and Cine Player disappeared from my laptop. I can not play any Blue Rays any more. When I contacted Roxio they replied that they could not help me as the Cine Player was bundled by Asus. I contacted Asus and they suggested that I should download a trial version from Roxio. That is so lame! that will expire in 30days. I could not find Cine Player on the utilities disc came with the laptop. Any suggestions??

That is what happened to my laptop. I never registered with Roxio. I wonder how did they send me important update notice? That is so unacceptable! It was working fine until I updated Cine Player. Keep me updated if you get a solution for your problem.

I downloaded this and it works! Next time when a new update comes, select it and Download and install manually, Letting the auto updater install it will crash the installer while uninstalling the old version. Got it updated now. :D
