Yesterday my Asus G73Jw just fine as it is and I shut down the computer but this morning when I start my computer it is directly going to windows startup repair and in windows startup repair it says that the Windows is located on E drive which should be on C drive.

does this means that I cant use my SSD or what is it?

What brand of SSD is in your laptop?

Can you check in BIOS (F2 key at bootup) or Esc key (Boot menu) to see if it is recognized there at all?

When was the last time you performed a firmware update?

Last resort, if there was nothing of major importance on the SSD, you can try using the OCZ Linux-based tool (you need to burn it to a CD) which can be found here OCZ Technology
Run the secure erase, it works on any SSD we have tested (we have done it on Samsung, Patriot, kingston, and Intel drives).

If you can't get it to secure erase and come up in BIOS, I would say it is likely a failed SSD. They do quit without warning generally.

Sorry for the late reply, everything is fine right now. my SSD is Crucial M4. I have check in BIOS, it still can be detected but the windows file is corrupted or something like that. I just do the repair from the Windows startup repair and also left it in BIOS for 20 minute then remove the SSD for 30 sec after that.
