I just purchased a 128gb Crucuial SSD for my Asus G73sw. It came with the cloning software which made the proess real easy. The problem is, the ssd in actually booting up windows and other programs much slower. I still have the OS drive. I am running it on windows 7 64bit. How should I correct this?

Check if the alignment is correct, you can do that easily with the "Partition Alignment Tool".

First make sure you are booting from the SSD. Then try re-running the WEI or Windows Experience Index. This will let Windows know you have an SSD and make necessary changes to take advantage of the SSD.
