    Sata I or SATA II ?

    is the Asus g73 capable of running SATA II ?
    if so how do i enable it to run it as SATA II instead SATA I?

    The G73 up to the G73SW is SATA II, the SW is 6Gbps. You don't need to mess with any settings, as long as it's in Enhanced/AHCI mode in the BIOS setup.
