I was wondering if Sata III is supported on the g37jh. I would like to upgrade my laptop with a SSD Crucial C300.

No, but SATA III is backwards compatible. Keep in mind there are few desktop boards that can handle SATA III at this point.

Then what your though between theses SSD(128gb).

    -Crucial c300 (SATA 3 6Gbit/s)
    -Vertex 2
    -Corsair force f120
-Intel x25-m (low write speed but better reliability)

I have an intel, but they just dropped the prices since the 3rd generation should be out really soon. When it comes to SSDs, unless you're obsessed with power consumption or speed, go for the lowest price per GB and best warranty in my opinion.

I have the c300 256GB drive in my G73JH. It works well, but I think the Sandforce 1200 based SSDs are probably just as fast or faster on a SATA II controller like ours. If any of the Sandforce 128GB drives are cheaper than the c300, I suggest you go for one of those.

Thanks for the advice. I just bought the 120gb intel x25-M g2 for 194,99$. Intel ssd are probably not the fastest but their reliablity are very good.
