    I created this thread just for fun and maybe make some people aware if they have TIM issues (MAYBE).

    BIOS: 211
    vBIOS: Stock
    ATI: 10.7
    *Never repasted, too scared i might break something


    Results:

    *Went to about 85-88C then gradually went down after all the Direct3D stuff

    Running stock except for Vbios (Ziddys), did a repaste yesterday with Artic MX-2. Temp never got over 64.

    Good for you. Did you have to replace your KB when you disassembled your G73 for the repaste?

    Yes i removed the Keyboard. Running Stock clocks.

    You didnt bend it or damage it? I am planning on repasting mine also but having second thoughts especially when taking of the keyboard and removing the speaker plug

    No i didnt. I was very careful and gentle when removing plugs and such. I also had this video running beside me on my 2nd laptop.

    Took me little more than an hour to take it apart, repaste, and put it all together again.

    My GPU temps maxed out at 84.5 then went down.
