So I went back to 10.7a after installing 211 and when I played BCBF2 my temps were 7 degrees lower

Bios 211 may essentially be just an increase of fan speed, but if it's lowering my temps 7 degrees in games from 97c down to 90c/89c and running way more stable (at least so far)

then consider me a very happy camper with 211. :D

I've only played BCBF2 so I don't know if this is across the board, but I thought I'd post it anyways.

    Cheers

I am on 10.7a and still on 209. I ran some BFBC2 last night for about 2 hours and only hit 85* max. I used to hit 90* on that game. I'm not completely sure we can assign the change to 211 just yet, you might have to prove it with some more controlled before/after results.

I did some furmark runs on 211 and the temps were the same. Same goes for playing DDO. No change here, just the fans louder at idle and turning to full blast sooner which was annoying so i reflashed back to 209.
