    Hey Guys,

I brought back my ASUS-G73JH, because I was reading about all the issues it had, and the keyboard lag was seriously bugging me. I returned it without a problem to BestBuy. My question to you guys is, should I go back to the store and buy it again? Are there any ASUS updates that will make it more stable?

Are there any future ASUS gaming laptops expected? It's a lot of money, so I want to make the right decision. Any other brands that come close to ASUS?

    Thank you so much

    Kind regards

Dont buy the bestbuy version as the screen sucks. If you can wait the G73JW is coming out, and althought it has a lesser nVidia card (460M vs HD5870) it will have better drivers (presumably). Also the G73JH-B1 is out with a slightly more powerful processor. Asus is (supposedly) working on drivers that, well, work.

BB screens are fine now. The new AUO screens are way better then they used to be.

Does it make a big difference video card wise?
Im not sure if i should wait for future products or purchase this baby?
What would you do, if given the option?

So the BB version is just fine? Can I expect ASUS to come out with new drivers?

Yes there will be new working drivers for the JH. If you dont need a laptop now I would just wait for the JW. I always buy the newest stuff. But other than the nivida card and usb3 the JH is the same as the JW

I have the BB version with LG screen, it looks great to me. If you don't need the extra resolution, then the 1600x900 screen is fine. I play all my games at this resolution anyway. Aside from this, minus 2 GB of unnecessary memory, and lack of bluetooth, the RBBX05 is exactly the same machine as the Ax or Xx.

And my RBBX05 doesn't GSOD, so that's a definite plus.

I say buy now as the problems with the current version (GSOD and other stuff) soon is but a memory. If you wait and get the later version, you will get a lesser GPU and more and new problems :) This baby rocks in my humble opinion.

Is far as i know (been reading about it on various places inc this forum) i won´t be equipped with the "rocking" ATI 5870 but instead with a lesser Nvidia GPU.
