So I had to do a fresh install of windows, and when trying to update intel drivers from the asus website it says that my computer doesnt meet the requirements for that driver.

Its for the intel turbo boost driver and application. I think.

Can someone please post the links I ned for all the intel updates.

Would be greately appriciated. Or at least share some insight on whatI need to do to get this running.

Anyone got any issues similar to these? Intel drivers not being installed because this laptop doesnt meet the criteria?

Inside that intel chipset folder is a read me file it has instructions on how to load in multi ways ie pre-os already installed os. The reason it does not load just by hit the .exe file is that microsoft sees it's 2006 year driver as a better one and you have to force the load.

other way to do it is long way around go to device manager find system devices in drop down open it and on each of the intel ones manualy do update drive and point it to where you have intel fold with new chipset to the folder that says all in it. Then you need to do that with every intel device there or follow the read me file in the intel fold you extracted from asus.

there were two posts by Chastity that helped me with this.

One says to run the setup.exe of the drivers using setup -overall to make sure the new drivers overwrite everything.

the other (which could not find back) gave a link to the new(er) intel drivers. I downloaded and installed and the work great.
