When I connect my speakers with my g73 it produces a static sound, but if I just connect my speakers with my cellphone or mp3 players the speakers does not produce the static sound.

Yes it happens during bootup it produces the sounds the whole time.
    It isn't the crackling sound.
The souns is like a buzzzzzzzzzzzzz, I dont know if its the electricity that is causing it. because I have two 220volts outlet and when both of the speaker and laptop adapter is connected it makes the sound but if i remove the adapter the noise is gone.
I'm confused because even when I use an AVR it still produces the buzzing sound....

    Are your outlets grounded?

^^^ Good point Sarge, I was going to say try another outlet. Also have you taken your machine apart prior to the start of the annoying sound (Maybe a frayed or bad cable ??? )

I have tried with 2 different outlet already 1 in my room and 1 at our balcony. When I connect both of the laptop and speaker the sound would be produced from the speaker.

And how could i know if its a grounded outlet.

One observation I did is I put the battery on the laptop and when I remove the plug of the power brick to the laptop there is still the buzzing sound.
BUT if I remove the Cable of the "powerbrick to the outlet" the sound goes off...

Are you sure it's not your powerbrick buzzing then?
