    Suggestions for a new 1080p screen?

    I have one of the first G73JH with the 1600x900 screen that as soon as you look not straight the screen starts to act up and its barely visible. I saw my friend bought a G53 and his screen looked amazing. Does anybody have a suggestion for a 1080p screen that has nice viewing angles and better colors? I saw a few on ebay but none have the brand or model listed they say they might send LG or AUO, check these out and tell me what you think.

    P.S. do i have to buy specific screen?

    Pat mine came with Hannstar HSD173PUW1, I am very happy with it. (except that it is glossy)
    If I needed a screen I would look for a non-glossy (matte). What is the max you want to spend?

    i dont really have a max price, all i want it to upgrade to 1080p, better viewing angles and better screen quality. i know its possible because i saw it on my friends g53

    AUO B173HW01 v.4 or 5 should be good.
    v.5 is non-glossy

    Yes, i heared the AUO is the ferrari of screens...so you guys suggest matte or glossy?

    I was looking at a V4 I think a while ago and seeing it in person it was very very nice, it was matte I believe but you are going to get a lower Gamut with a matte.

    I was nearing buying it last week, and ended up with an Asus Eee PC instead....I dunno how that happened :p
