    Hey guys i bought the G75 today and none of the standard 17inch backpacks worked. So anyone have any suggestions?

    Don't put it in the padded area, won't fit there. It should fit outside of it in the back pocket.

    yeah and the bag would not shut. :/ hence why i was asking. :(

    Maybe your 75 is bigger than my 73. Clears with a couple mm of space for me. Sometimes I have to push the laptop down a bit.

    If you can find one(they're discontinued and pretty difficult to get a hold of) the best backpack I've used for the G73 would be the one designed for the old Dell XPS M1730. I'm assuming the G75 will have similar dimensions, but the G73 fits snugly in the notebook pocket of the bag and it is very well protected. I believe the bag itself is made by Wenger, and the material quality is about the same as you'd expect from high-quality luggage. It is also quite comfortable to wear and has a massive amount of storage space. The only major downside to this backpack is that it is quite large and bulky.

    Another suggestion would be the Everki Beacon, although I find that it doesn't protect my G73 as well and it is a rather tight fit. It's still a quite decent bag, however.
