I've heard rumors about Thunderbolt 3 being on some SKUs of these notebooks. I'm not sure how reliable they are though. Are the rumors true? If so, which SKUs?

the ones sold in usa have thunderbolt....... on amazon, newegg, walmart, and other usa retailers.

    -db71/74
    -ds71/74 skus all have tb3

I wonder if all the VM models have TB3, but the reviewers were too lazy to check the bios.

One guy in canada did say he checked the bios and did not see a tb3 option, so maybe canada gets a gimped version.

My GL502VM-DS4 has thunderbolt in the bios. It was purchased in Canada.
