The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Parcelforce will not deliver it until they have sent you out an invoice and then received all of the payment. The letter takes a day or two to arrive but you can avoid this if you go directly to their Depo with the details of your package and payment.

    When it comes to stuff like laptops, I never go overseas simply because the extra fuss, warranty repairs and charges usually outweighs the savings. Also, some time ago there was an entire thread hundreds of pages long dedicated to how bad Asus UK warranty was. Lets hope they are no longer as bad. Asus USA is a completely different matter and in a very good way too.
