Is there a part number for a touchpad replacement that is not multi-touch for the G73SW? I have never gotten the hang of using these multi-touch things and this one also keeps freezing and jumping. I think I'd rather just have a plain touchpad and avoid the problems all together.

Just turn them all off in the Synaptics facility?

Either right click the synaptics white square icon or go into the mouse properties and on the end tab select properties and change the settings. Pinch Zoom, multi touch the lot turn them all off I have and mine works perfectly.

Thanks, I should have thought of that myself. I'll give it a try.
