    Underclocking? Set voltage

    Hello. I use the amd clock tool to underclock/overclock sometimes but I never mess with the voltage. The drop down has 0.9500 and 1.1500V

    First, is it safe to use this tool to lower voltage?

    next, at what clocks can I consider lowering it to 0.9500?

    Undervolting does not damage hardware, it can make devices become unstable while at those settings though so make sure you have everything backed up.
