I'm at my end trying to figure out a way to undervolt my GTX1080 mobile. All the options are greyed out however in afterburner you can open the voltage curve menu. I dont believe this actually does anything as no matter how low i supposedly drop the voltage the temps still stay at a static 87 which is resulting in acoustics I dont care for. So my main question is "Is there a way to truly undervolt a mobile GTX1080???"

you can undervolt by using curve on msi ab and pressing "L" to set a maximum voltage point that can be reached on state p0

Why was this moved to the Asus forum? My question pertained to any GTX series in any manufactures laptop.
