    Unknown G73 lags and hangs.

    finished mem test! i got up to 86% pass, then i rebooted. :D

    and the hanging is still there T_T i also recently bought a 2gb ram that's not a famous brand. (apex, i think?) if it hangs one more time i'll take that ram off and see if it stops hanging. :p

    Okay! it's now working properly. i exchanged the bad ram that i just bought with the stock ram from another laptop. :D just don't know why the scans didn't say anything about ram problem :\

    A laptop where it is all dependent on SPD (no manual timing control in the BIOS setup) can cause really weird problems that may not show up as errors in a memory testing app if the RAM isn't 100% compatible. At least you found the problem... ;)

    I updated windows 7 update and after a day it hangs and freezes again. Now I did system restore again. I don't experience any system lock ups before the update or any weird sound while freeze. I will post if anything goes well within few days.

    Update:
    While playing I had system lock up with weird sound like "errrrrrrrrrrrrrr". Sad*
    I just have this problem after I updated my system even after I restored my system ahuhu.

    New problem appeared! :D


    all was good just yesterday. just now my wifi and audio drivers and all of my usb ports went bonkers. i did a system restore, and everything seems to be fine so far.

    i don't know what's the reason behind this.

    but if it helps,
    i've been recently downloading stuff. :D
    and have been trying to jailbreak a hand me down iphone from my sister. :D
