Hi guys,
I own a Asus ROG G51VX RX-05 model. I see that couple of guys here do own/have owned this model before. I was planning to upgrade mine.
1. RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Is it possible? Because few websites says that 4GB is maximum possible and few says 8GB. Is it limited by the Bios? If yes, how to overcome it? If its possible, then which RAM should I go for?
2. Hard Drive - I read somewhere that I can plug-in two internal hard drives. Is it true? Can I go for a SSD instead? Which one does it support SATA I/II/III? Which SSD shall I go for, I am looking for a 64GB SSD.
Also, out of curiosity, is the processor and graphics card upgrade too possible? I am quite a novice at these regard, please help me out.
Current config:
P7350 C2D 2.0GHz, 2X2GB DDR2-800Mhz, 320GB 7200rpm (probably WD Black)/ Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
