Hi guys, its been a while since I've found myself involved in the forums here but I had some questions that I figured someone here would know the answers too.
1) Has anyone here replaced their T9600 CPU with a Quad Q9100/Q9200? If so can you tell me if you saw a significant performance boost and if the build in heatsink can withstand the newer quad vs the dual?
2) Whether or not I do the CPU upgrade, what is currently concidered the best 15.6" cooler for gaming?
Again, I havent been active in these forums for some time and while searching came up with little in the way of answers for my questions I appologise if these questions have been frequently asked and answered.
-Cheers

Sorry about that I guess I should have specified *facepalm*
Im not using the BestBuy version, Im using the G51VX-X2A
Its odd, i've heard conflicing reports of G51vx users running Quad and some that don't.
I could have sworn that I had seen people with x2a/x1a's with quads
While that thread was helpful it only confused me a bit, as it showed one person with an -A1 being able to run the quad(Gentech) and another not being able to with the same computer?
