I have had a G73jh-a2 for about the past 3 months. Yesterday I wanted to restore it to factory so i followed the instructions and held [F9] during the booting and was able to enter the recovery...the recovery did its thing and then asked to shutdown. After shutting down I press the power button. The computer turns on and the hard drive light turns on and everything but nothing happens... the screen stays completely blank. I plugged in another monitor to see if its the screen and nothing...

Running Official Bios 209. If that makes a difference

Thanks for the Help I really need this to work

first try to get into the recovery menu again by pressing f9. btw, does the screen stay black right from the start, ie dont u even get to see the asus logo? or is it only windows that´s not loading, ie u get the asus logo, but then nothing happens when it actually should load windows?

in the first case u are royally f*cked as u probably wouldnt even be able to enter the bios anymore...
