You look like you have the stock driver aka 9.12

What do you want to know? If your computer works, if you can game without GSOD's... what's the problem?

If you are worried about "should I repaste" then you need to monitor your temps with either a furmark test or by having gpu-z logging temps while you game...

Remember, the oldest "I wish I had not broken it" rule of IT: if it ain't broke...

Its been repasted - So temps are not an issue.

Does not GSOD under Future Mark, not loaded any games yet.

Ah yeah, I just read your diary. Great stuff.

It depends on your personality. If you want to "feel" you have the latest version, then you go to the amd/ati site, download Catalyst 10.8 mobility and install. (there will not be 10.9 mobility, so wait for 10.10 in october).

But if video works (and I bet it does), if games work, if everything works, there's really no need to install the newest drivers.

    Just enjoy!

ps, Gary's vBios is 012.020.000.032.038352. So you have stock vBios and you could update. But updating a vBios always carries a small risk. Don't do it unless you need to do it for a reason.

That Steam deal is kinda cool. Will be interesting to see how that goes down.

BTW it also looks like you are running the stock vBios..

I just opened my laptop. Formatted the drive and installed Win 7 Ultimate, Updated Bios and vbios, installed 10.7b then 10.8 (works best for me atm to get me everything), then install the other essential drivers and such.

I just been playing Bad Company 2 on High Settings for the last 30 mins. No lock ups, although there was a it of lag from time to time, that may have been because i was playing on the wireless, but it felt like video lag.

    Old drivers maybe?
