I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but today i was playing music and i noticed that at the start of a song, there would be a lot of power in the speakers. But once the bass of the kicks in, the speaker volume would drop. I tried doing some adjustments until i discovered this. When my volume in creative media source is set to 100%, i would get the speakers loosing power when the bass kicks in. Its almost as if they were sharing the power. BUT if i lowered the volume in creative media source to say 30% and increased the volume in audio centre which is basically the main volume using fn+F12, i don't loose power when the bass kicks in. Didn't seem to work as well in itunes thou.

    So the solution:

    Lower volume in the software
Increase the main speaker volume :)

Hope this comes in handy. If it has been discovered before, then i'm sorry for wasting your time.

I think increasing the cutoff point also helps.
