This laptop amaze me more and more. If it aint screwed graphics its something else. Anyway enough rant.

I decided to format and do a clean win7 install from a "normal" disc to avoid all Asus crap. Installation went fine, until it booted into windows for the first time,
    then i get:

"Interactive logon process initialization has failed"

This message stays for just a second, then the computer reboots. I get into windows again, i see the background and... reboot without even an error or text. Then it keeps repeating that until i get sick of it and turn the computer of.

Never ever seen that kind of message. What did i manage to do now? :(

Sounds like your windows installation is bad/corrupted. Try reinstalling.
