I sent in my warranty card with my information filled in about 2 weeks ago, how do I know when they receive it? I haven't gotten an email or anything from them. Thanks. (This is just for the general warranty)

I did the same. Never heard from them. Anyone know anything about this?

I think when I did mine (late July) it took them about a month, but I finally got an e-mail. So my suggestion is to just give it time, if you sent it correctly with everything filled out, they should e-mail you eventually. If you're not comfortable waiting I guess you might be able to call them, but I don't know what number that would be.

It's been over a month. I did everything correctly, printed the form and their confirmation email and attached a copy of the store receipt. I'm going to assume they have it. When I eventually call for an RMA number (service center is near my house back home), they better give it to me or I'm giving them hell.

Why not just fill out warranty online?
